No throttle?? Thought it was already to ~65% on the quasi-development iterations?
When was the last successful, minute+ duration Raptor test? (How was it lacking *up force*?? What has to change/improve? And how soon (i.e. for Starship)?

Deleting throttle allows the engine to achieve max thrust on max thrust variant. Other variants will have throttle.
