If radiative cooling in space wasn't commercially viable at scale and mutiple kilowatts, then Starlink wouldn't exist.
You don't need to go into the physics to prove this if the pudding is already out there.

Elon’s stated plan is 100 kilowatts for each AI satellite; slightly less than a full Blackwell rack.
Starship should be able to lift 10 to 15 megawatts to sun-synchronous orbit per flight.
