This false nomenclature of “researcher” and “engineer”, which is a thinly-masked way of describing a two-tier engineering system, is being deleted from @xAI today. There are only engineers. Researcher is a relic term from academia.

Grok Imagine is still early beta and is optimized for maximum fun, so should be evaluated as “fastest time to make a fun, shareable video”, rather than visual/auditory perfection. Our heavy duty video model will train on the 110k GB200s coming online next month.
