Simulation can be extremely useful for testing and creating ground truth data, but the problem is that a simulated scene could take 2 weeks for an artist to build
So Tesla built a system that can take labeled data from a clip and turn it into a simulation in 5 minutes. @elonmusk

That makes sense. The end of quarter delivery wave is bad for the team, bad for customers, and also not cost effective.
A more steady mix of deliveries throughout the quarter would be great. I’m sure Berlin and Austin will make that easier as they ramp.

1/ When @elonmusk had the vision for EVs at Tesla, he told the world what to expect, the timeline, & how it was going to be done. A complete roadmap was laid out for the world to see. People laughed & ridiculed. Yet, even with this roadmap, somehow people r shocked & bewildered
