It's semantics. The school in question is Pretoria Boys High School, which is a prestigious, semi-private, tuition-charging school.
I think it's pretty difficult to argue that the average South African under Apartheid was able to attend a school like this.

Incorrect. There was tuition for students from outside the school district, which was a small part of the student body, incl black students, but not for students in district, which I was.
Also, I was there for 2.5 years, previously attending govt schools for 9 of 12 years.

That’s the plan. We’re taking a little risk there, as engine isolation was done as retrofit, so not as good as on Booster 9.

Booster 7 completed its latest round of testing and Booster 8 was rolled to the Launch Site. Meanwhile, the B7.1 test tank was rolled back to the Production Site.
