Why we need permitting reform: there are 180 new hydropower projects representing 851 MW stuck in some stage of permitting/licensing/planning/legal challenge process. Only 2, totaling 12 MW, have gotten through that and are under construction.

If you were able to walk around any #Roman city, one thing you would notice is the amount of graffiti - which was akin to putting up fly posters today. There are many great examples, such as Socrates taedium est (Socrates is boring) and Helena amatur a Rufo (Rufus loves Helen)
