Hey @elonmusk, right now, old tweets are dead tweets.
But old tweets are valuable too! Twitter'd be more valuable if it used them.
Main timeline should have Top, Latest, and:
Top (of last day, week, month, year, all time). Ditto for user profiles.
Reddit does this.

Main timeline should allow for an easy sideways swipe between top, latest, trending and topics that you follow. Twitter search nav already sorta does this after you search.

As bank savings account interest rates, which are guaranteed, start to approach stock market returns, which are *not* guaranteed, people will increasingly move their money out of stocks into cash, thus causing stocks to drop.

Twitter is the place for real time news updates. There’s no competing when you can hear from direct sources and watch the “wisdom of the crowd” play out in disseminating information.
Anything in a traditional media format is delayed, less scrutinized, and riddled with bias.
