Falcon 1 had reached orbit that September on its fourth try. Nobody had ever landed an orbital rocket booster.
"How many people would have driven here if their car was single use?"
SpaceX landed its first Falcon 9 booster in December 2015. One booster has now flown 37 times.

Leave me alone! Looks like I triggered a whole lot of people because I voted RED and voted for every Republican on my ballot!
I was told that as a Black man, my Black vote is powerful. I was told to get out and exercise my right to vote because my voice matters.
Well, guess what? I DID EXACTLY THAT!
I took my powerful Black vote straight to the polls and voted REPUBLICAN!
Now suddenly people are upset with me for exercising the very same right they kept telling me to exercise!
So let me get this straight. My Black vote is powerful only when I vote the way YOU want me to vote?
That’s not how democracy works!
I don’t owe anybody my vote, and I don’t need anybody’s permission to vote Republican.
My Black vote. My choice. My right. Get over it!
