I placed my model 3 order on April 2, 2016. Yesterday, 2 yrs and 5 mos later, I got this. Tell the shorts I’m not disappointed. Tell the fossil fuel industry they have every reason to fear you. This car is stunning and the performance is amazing!

Are you having issues with specific colors for Model 3? Because my car was supposed to be produced 3 weeks ago and still nothing? If not, any issues with delivering Model 3 Performance in Canada?

The multi-coat colors (pearl white & red) are hardest, red especially, as it has red tint in the clear coat layer itself for depth & complexity

@elonmusk Disappointed. 2 years ago I deposited $1,000 to secure a new Model 3 then waited with excited anticipation. Fast forward to this week I was set to take delivery, but due to paint issues I was unmatched from my VIN. Tesla can’t say when a replacement will be issued. Help

Sorry, we’ve put pretty extreme rules in place for paint & quality in general. If need be, we’re repainting/replacing entire sections of car or building whole new cars. Got to be done.
