Private equity killed Bioware because they made multiple bad games that didn't sell
The reason why they didn't sell is what should be discussed, not blaming basic business
If Veilguard had the success of Crimson Desert or Baldurs Gate 3, they wouldn't have shut down the studio

🚨 JUST IN: VP JD Vance MIC DROPS European bureaucrats and fake news attacking Elon Musk, then BEGGING for him to unleash Starlink for Ukraine
"I do find it a little IRONIC that the European countries who have NOTHING like the technology that Elon has developed in Starlink...these countries have almost universally decided to wage regulatory and licensing WAR against SpaceX. And now they're all running to SpaceX saying, 'please do what we need you to do?!'"
🔥🔥🔥
"European countries depend on American technology, American businesses, and the American military, while at the same time European political leaders love to bash the United States allies that they depend upon so much!"
"Elon Musk runs a private corporation. And I think it's completely understandable that he doesn't want to get in the middle of what is a war between two state actors without the United States government effectively directing him on what to do."
@ElonMusk is their favorite guy to bash...then they turn around and act entitled to his technology.
Same countries that want to fine and regulate him into oblivion!
This comes right after WSJ claimed that Musk ordered a Starlink slowdown that caught Ukraine off guard. Because of course they'd claim that!
The EU fined X under its Digital Services Act and has spent years going after Elon. Now Europe needs his satellites 🤡
They can't have it both ways. Vance nailed it.

BREAKING: US Ambassador to South Africa Leo Bozell slams the government for blocking Starlink’s offer of free internet for 5,000 schools.
“Everyone would agree that Starlink is a great idea for South Africa. Starlink is a great idea in every single nation on earth because of what it’s been able to do. … The government said, we want 30% of that company here, which of course is preposterous. And Elon Musk is never going to do that. … They said, no, we want 30% of your company. So he said, go pound sand. I’ll go in every other country on planet earth.”

INSANE 🚨 100% of New York adult daycares that were audited WERE FRAUD
“We audited 15 of these — There's no record of a single meal, activity, single hour of supervision”
ILLEGAL KICKBACKS were also reported with these adult daycares. How the scam works is the daycares will sign people up and offer them $1,000 per month cash
The adult daycare can bill about $120 per day to taxpayers. So they make about $3,600 per person and give the person $1,000 of it per month back as a kickback
So they pocket $2,600. The person with the Medicaid insurance gets $1,000
Taxpayers are being robbed blind
HHS Rapid Response@HHSResponse· Oct 21, 202615 of 15 New York Social Adult Daycares audited yesterday showed no record of a single meal, activity, or hour of supervision — just attendance sheets.
These daycares are receiving millions from our Medicaid system and providing NOTHING in return —this is FRAUD!

Mercedes sold its Tesla stake for $780 million. that same 4 percent is worth about $56 billion today.
in the clip below Musk explains how Mercedes ended up there. the US government gave Tesla almost $500 million, and he is asked directly whether that loan saved the company. he says no.
what saved it was a $50 million check from Daimler in May 2009. all of Tesla was worth $550 million then.
"they were the only ones. there was no other company, no other entity of any kind from which we could get investments."
Tesla repaid the government's $500 million with interest and a prepayment penalty, ten years early. he sent a thank you note with it.
"i don't like having a lot of debt. the taxpayers supported Tesla, we ought to repay them as soon as we can."
Mercedes turned $50 million into $780 million and walked away in 2014.
so was that a great investment - or the most expensive mistake in car industry history?

How many Americans actually just straight-up starve to death?
In the latest data, from 2024, there were 22 cases.
And not even one of them was about poverty making it unaffordable to obtain food.
Crémieux@cremieuxrecueil· Oct 22, 2026How many Americans live paycheck-to-paycheck? How many are starving?
The answer to both questions is--despite what you might have heard from the news media--not many.
