THE ELON EFFECT: Terafab is already attracting more companies to Texas’ Brazos Valley. 🇺🇸
The Greater Brazos Partnership says other companies have started calling since Terafab was announced, hoping to join the region’s growth.
Local leaders estimate Terafab will account for roughly 15% of the region’s total growth over the next decade.
Texas A&M expects at least 50 students to begin its new master’s program in microelectronics and semiconductors this year.
This is the Elon effect. Terafab will help America manufacture advanced AI chips at home for use on Earth and in space.

1,000 launches/reentries is the goal. FAA was forecasting 385 by 2030 in their bull case. This is a statement by administration to start taking launch scale seriously.
For context, our conservative model estimating ~940 launches by SpaceX alone by 2030.
