Rule applies to everyone, apart from the “UN exemption” for recognized leaders of countries. If politicians can say something to the UN General Assembly, then they can say it here.

I'm liking a lot of stuff, and I am seeing an overall increase in the amount of stuff that I actually like.
Problem is that it's about 50 to 75% content I like, and about 25 to 50% Popular/Random/Graphic content.
Easy to see more of stuff.
Hard to see less of stuff.
