Of course, Twitter needs to obey Brazilian "court" decisions. But the company has gone above and beyond, spontaneously imposing its own censorship, even stricter than that of our flawed courts. Your moderators are currently being more dictatorial than our own courts!

Twitter's secret master plan: 1. Allow people to freely share thoughts, opinions, ideas and "information". 2. Allow community to add relevant context/notes. 3. While doing so, end dependence on advertising revenue so no one has Twitter by the balls. 4. Win.
