Unfortunately this suggestion is incorrect. The broker that you're using needs to be willing to do voting on behalf of retail shareholders. We have no influence there. I know than most brokers in Europe don't allow voting, but some do.

Extreme transparency of the count should occur to ensure rational people have complete trust in the results.
ALL counting centres should broadcast live video feed of ALL vote counting with synchronized tabulation of vote count for full transparency.
