we all know where the money has gone. for decades taxpayers have voted to end the homeless crisis, and almost all of that money has been funneled to 1) free housing for drug addicts and scam artists, and 2) activist NGOs. everyone votes for the democrats. rinse and repeat.

Just textbook.
