So called "petroleum" or "rock oil" is a SCAM.
Oil comes from WHALES. More whale oil is wasted in lamps by people writing letters about fantasy "rock oil" than will ever be produced from ROCKS.
Rocks just don't have the OIL DENSITY. A whale is 50% OIL! Rocks are at most 1%!
